If the installation is made by a dealer after the retail sale of the vehicle, the accessory will carry the remainder of the MINI New Passenger Car Limited Warranty period or the limited parts warranty for two years from the date of installation, whichever is greater. Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original limited warranty period for the vehicle or any parts (including accessories) thereof. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

MINI USA LIMITED WARRANTY

Original parts and accessories for MINI passenger cars

MINI USA, a division of BMW of North America, LLC warrants the Original new and remanufactured parts and accessories it sells against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months commencing on the date of sale or installation by the authorized MINI passenger car dealer.

Upon discovery of a defect in material or workmanship, the part or accessory sold or the vehicle in which the covered part or accessory is installed, shall be brought to any authorized center to obtain service under this warranty. The center will repair or replace the defective part or accessory without charge to the customer upon presentation of the original invoice/repair order verifying the date of sale or installation. The decision to repair or replace the part or accessory is made solely by MINI USA.

The part or accessory replaced under the terms of this warranty shall become the property of MINI USA.

This warranty does not apply to:

Damage resulting from negligence, improper installation or lack of maintenance, flood, accident or fire.
Damage resulting from modifications which alter the original engineering and/or operating specifications
Failure due to external influences.

This warranty shall become null and void if the part or accessory sold or installed is damaged as a result of the vehicle's use in competitive driving or racing.

MINI USA, a division of BMW of North America, LLC will from time to time sell parts and accessories with warranty coverage different than that which is stated above and those items are, therefore, not covered by this limited warranty. Refer to the applicable limited warranty for those items.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MINI of the Main Line within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will also be paid if the return is a result of the MINI of the Main Line’s error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). ITEM ELIGIBILITY:

Items that meet the MINI of the Main Line’s return guidelines will receive a full refund. Some items may not be eligible for a refund, or may only be eligible to receive a partial refund.

* Any unopened, non-installable item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item’s price.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to the center’s error: No refund.
* Items returned for reasons other than the result of the MINI of the Main Line’s error will be subject to a restocking fee. Consult your MINI of the Main Line for these fees.
* It is recommended that return shipments be insured in the case of damage or loss by the carrier.
* In order to be acceptable for return, apparel items must be in the original MINI packaging with all original labeling intact.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes MINI of the Main Line to process your return once it has been received (usually 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once your returned item has been received and processed.

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
